Q.T.S. offers its customers a complete range of services such as Assembly, Inspection/ Selection and Packaging/ Shipping of parts. The supply is guaranteed in the required amount according to the customer’s specific needs.
QTS provides an assembly service for metal/plastic parts and supplies sub-assemblies.
The assembly of finished parts can be performed:
- Manually
- By transfer system
- By robotic system
This operations are always monitored by technical experts.
The inspection/ selection operations are adapted to customer’s requirements. Some of the the most common are:
- Visual, appearance or shape
- Visual or dimensional with machine vision
- Dimensional with state-of-the-art lasers
- Eddy currents to check hardness and detect superficial defects
- Torque control
- Other
Quality Control processes are applied to all inspection/ selection operations.
The packaging of the parts is adapted to the customer’s requirements.
Q.T.S. has its own 1400m2 warehouses and distribution vehicles and partnerships with distribution companies, providing a wide range of logistics related services:
